Italian school - Rodari Lyceum

The Sociopsicopedagogico "Rodari" Lyceum has not yet attained the age of thirty, but has trained thousands of teachers and teachers who teach elementary school in Prato, Tuscany, and in other Italian cities.
We have always been inspired by the poet Gianni Rodari to build the value of creativity that should not be confused with disorder, because it is the continuous search for answers, wondering about human nature, as Socrates did in a small square of Athens, anticipating the square of the cosmopolitan web.
Over the past twenty years we have been the discoverers of a new conception of creativity, not only able to open new roads to get to new places, but to revisit the old streets taking all aspects neglected by those who preceded us and allowed us to walk on a safe track and trail with quality, we have worked together with Lorenzo Valla because education and science rested on the ability to verify each experiment aimed at improving school, defeating mental laziness and dogmatic platitudes.
Rodari was written in a simple and meaningful educational page and boredom was defeated by the curiosity to learn the old and creating the new, inventing, too,not making the alphabet of letters, but of events, authors, research, opportunities forms of beauty and aesthetic ideals and real creativity lived as a further reflection of what you think you know.

The school has different areas:
-Economic,
-Sports,
-Social.
The school has three levels, on the second floor there are laboratories for physics, chemistry, informatics, library, for handicap guys and  the lower classes, the descendance of the classes are in order of rank.

After the first three classes the students have a break of 15 minutes, after which the first two classes have lessons and the other classes have another four.
Once a month, the representatives of the school require an assembly with different  theme each time. On day of year the school hosts 'Art day' where students are free to express freely their art skills concerning music, painting, poetry, songs and all that they can offer.

In our school we call this ‘’Goliardicus et muliebris Colibri ordo’’ in which this year boys  have joined too.
